Baby steps

Well, in the middle of selling our house and trying desperately (and not with much luck) to find someplace to live SOON, I am finding no energy or time to blog. But tonight I did take the first step toward blogging again. I downloaded pictures off the camera. Baby steps, people.

In doing so, I found my new favorite picture of Parker:

In good news, we have a contract on our house and it looks like things will go through (knock on wood!). But what that means is that we have to find a place to live in the next few weeks and the pickings are quite slim, and getting slimmer by the second it seems. We are planning to rent for awhile until we are ready to buy and find the perfect house.

In the next few weeks we should be moving and the boys will be starting school. It is going to be crazy, but hopefully at some point, I'll find some time to reflect back on the summer and share it on this blog!
