Eight years

On June 22nd, Trey and I celebrated eight years of marriage. What a crazy eight years it has been! Hopefully for the next eight we can actually live together in the same house every single night (though not in the house where we are now!). That will be a welcome change after all the traveling and work/military-caused separation of our first eight years.

We haven't been able to have a date night yet for our anniversary, but on that night we did take the boys out to a restaurant of their choice (Thomas picked Jim N' Nicks...he loves cheese biscuits!). Afterward, we walked around the block to the church where we were married. Eight years ago we exited those doors as man and wife. And now our boys played on those very same steps.







I don't have access to most of our pictures and only a few are online, but here's a few I found. One of my favorites and the best one I have on those same steps...
