My first pony ride

On Saturday we took Thomas to the third birthday of a friend of his...who is the son of a friend of ours. We had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful day and the weather was perfect for an outdoors party in the country. It could not have been better! And, much to Thomas's joy there were bunnies and ponies! He immediately was interested in the bunnies, but it took him a few attempts to give the pony a chance. And then he loved it (at least for a little while).

I didn't have a lot of free memory on our camera, so the video is extremely short...but here is one of Thomas's first rides on a pony!








And, as I said, he also enjoyed the bunnies:




Those were some brave bunnies...willing to be confined in a space while various toddlers and children chase after them constantly.

We had a great time and hope that B enjoyed his third birthday party as much as we did!

As a sidenote, I am very behind in posting pictures here. I have several "events" that I need to share, and hopefully I will very, very soon. Patience, they say, is a virtue. :)
