Brothers

Parker is not quite six weeks old, but already he and his brother are starting to build their bond. It's fun to be able to talk about "my boys" and it's going to be so much fun watching them grow as brothers. I thought I'd share a few recent pictures of them together...

Two weekends ago, the first time Thomas got to hold his brother all by himself!


And last Friday Parker had his first bottle, and Thomas had to make sure he supervised the occasion. Too bad he couldn't keep his eyes open! :)


This past weekend Thomas held Parker again (with his Daddy's help this time). Or, as Thomas says: "Thomas hold Parker, okay? Okay!" Does he look proud, or what?


Last night I had to put Parker in Thomas's crib for a little bit of tummy time while I got Thomas in his pajamas. Thomas wanted to get in the crib so badly. He was trying to get in from every side!




Finally I agreed to let him get in as long as he was very careful!




And as an aside, after looking at those last pics I must remind myself how quicky Thomas's hair grows. He got a haircut this morning and I can't say I'm very pleased with it. At least he's a boy. We'll just call it a summer cut.

More pics later. I have several more I want to share, but Parker is not being my usual nap star today, and Thomas has been having a really hard time getting to sleep at night (up until at least 10 the past two nights, though I put him down at 8), so I'm going to get him up from his nap early!
